Dr. Mark Friedman received his PhD in Engineering from Princeton University and worked as Senior R &D Engineer for Shell Oil before earning his law degree and switching to patent law. Mark litigated in the US federal district and circuit courts and prosecuted in the USPTO with a Houston IP firm.

In 1991 Mark moved with his family to Israel where he founded the firm in 1993 filing and prosecuting patent, design and trademark applications in the USPTO directly as well as directly filing and prosecuting IP in the Israel Patent Office. 

Now boasting over a dozen of the finest IP practitioners in Israel along with dozens of support staff, the firm is considered to be one of the finest IP firms in Israel.

We have handled over 2000 issued patents in the US alone, and thousands more in Israel and internationally. Many of the patents have become important commercially, such as the stent (Medinol), the memory stick or disk-on-key (M-Systems, now SanDisk), several key PayPal patents, various important defense related technologies (Rafael), and more.
